Test whether the ozone concentration reaches the standard within the specified time, for example, within 40 minutes after the ozone generator is turned on, the ozone concentration in the clean room should reach at least 10ppm (mg/m3), and the ozone concentration in all clean areas should meet this standard.

Disinfection time: Starting from the ozone concentration reaches 10ppm, until the ozone generator stops working and the ozone concentration drops to 10ppm, the process should last at least 60 minutes.

Ozone concentration attenuation test: After ozone sterilization, test the time required for ozone concentration to fall to a safe level (e.g. 0.15ppm), this time should be less than 30 minutes.

Environmental condition control: When ozone disinfection is carried out, the fresh air outlet and return air discharge valve should be closed to ensure that the air in the entire sterilized clean area is circulated through the air duct of the purification system. In addition, it is also necessary to control the ambient temperature and relative humidity within the appropriate range to ensure the effect of ozone disinfection.

Monitoring and adjustment: The ozone concentration in the clean area is regularly monitored and adjusted according to the actual situation to ensure that the standard requirements are always met.
